Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Store Management:
Oversees and guides the stores to ensure a unique customer experience. Manages the relationship between clients and sales team. For the customer, this is the visible face of the brand.

Sub-Job Family Description - Store Manager:
Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY This opportunity will provide you with insight into the NY luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture and business practices. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE<ul><li>Assisting the Finance Director &amp; Inventory Manager with the following tasks:<ul><li>Support with month end close</li><li>Analytical review of balance sheet and income statement</li><li>Review of OPEX and monthly accruals</li><li>Review of store rents</li><li>Review stock adjustments</li><li>Coordinate with shared services to resolve store inquiries and discrepancies</li><li>Assist with planning and reconciling store annual inventories</li><li>Inventory control &amp; analysis; including aging of inventory  </li></ul></li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>Accounting  or Business Management degree is preferred</li><li>Detail oriented and task driven</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel</li><li>Comfortable with numbers</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Able to receive academic credit</li><li>Able to work out of our Wayne, NJ office  </li></ul>COMPENSATION<ul><li>$16 per hour &#43; academic credit</li><li>Must be able to receive academic credit to be eligible  </li></ul>WHY WORK WITH US? Plan fire safety/first aid training and drills for all network stores. BALENCIAGA Stock ControllerWe are currently seeking a Stock Controller who will report to the Stock Manager / Store Operations Manager.Your opportunityThe Stock Controller is a key member of the back of house team.
